Return Eligibility and Timeframe
You may request a return within 30 days of your order delivery from HydroJug | Next Level Hydration. Returns submitted after this 30-day period cannot be accepted due to system limitations.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached. Normal handling is allowed; however, products showing extended use such as scratches, stains, or wear do not qualify for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Go to the HydroJug contact page on our official website.
- Use the Returns Portal accessible from that page to submit your return request.
- Our customer support team will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping Costs
HydroJug covers return shipping fees in these cases:
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong product
- The product did not meet your expectations
We may request photographic evidence of the issue, but no additional hurdles apply for these returns.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt, your returned item will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.
If approved, HydroJug will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges and Replacements
HydroJug does not offer direct exchanges. To swap for a different color or style, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for your desired item. This process helps prevent issues with item availability.
Final Sale Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Free replacement orders and gifts
- Custom products with personalized engravings, as these are made specifically for you
